Vegetarian Lasagna!













This is my favorite new dinner. It's not vegan because there's cheese, but I made it with whole wheat pasta, part-skim ricotta, shredded mozzerella, Barilla sauce, Quorn "meat" crumbles, a tomato and a zucchini from my neighbor's garden. It's soooooooooo good. I know you've heard this before, but the it can really fake-out meat-eaters.
